Refund and Returns Policy

We value your business and strive to provide the best service and satisfaction to our customers.

Due to all the factors outside our control, such as shipping and customer incubation processes, we do not guarantee a specific hatch rate. If you have concerns about your hatch rate, please contact us and we will gladly assist you to the best of our ability.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your product, we can’t offer you a full or partial refund or replacements.

To be eligible for a return or replacement product, you must email us with the original invoice receipt and a detailed description of the issue to info@sandysoilfarms.com

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned to us. Perishable goods such as eggs, meat, etc. cannot be returned to Sandy Soil Farms. Please do NOT ship these back to us. Instead, email us info@sandysoilfarms.com, detailing the issue immediately for consideration of a refund or replacement item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your email is received, we will review it and determine the proper response at our discretion. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
